Are you sure? It seems, that the 0.6.0 output is done with the 
cv-m1-20pll-pcv.cam config file and the 0.7.0 output with the 
cv-m1-vs-pcv.cam one. Can you please verify this again - I have looked
trough the code and can't find any problem.
In what operation mode you running the camera under NT - pll oder vs?
Is the same mode running also under 0.6.0?
