After checking the configuration file, I found that the width was not
divisible by 8. Using the file that you supplied, and after changing the
SMD supplied file the program now starts up. All I get is a grey region,
and the menu bar says *** No Sync ***.

Any suggestions? (I'm getting the 0.7.0 drivers to test right now).
