version 0.6.0b

Hello All!

To finally bring the 0.6.0 branch to a successful end, I have released
0.6.0b.
The main feature of it is, that the PCDig fpga-files are included now.

Other Changes are:

	- some user contributed camera config files
	- some (still beta) shell scripts to setup and maintain the bma
	  base and size values in a 'user friendly' way
	- very minor code fixes

This was the last 0.6.0, if the documentation is ready, the 0.7.0 (without
beta) is coming...

What is going on at ITI:

	- the PCRGB is out now
	- the PCVision+ (PCVision with PCDIG BMA engine is announced for
	  summer)
