1) Ok, I have to fix this.

2) We have here setups with up to four grabbers, which share it's
interrupts with either the network card (on-board Etherexpress) or the
scsi-adapter (on-board adaptec). Further expiriences we don't have, but
from the programming point of view, interrupt sharing is possible.

With what kind of hardware do you had problems?
