I have attached the converted file. I you want to know, how to calculate
the values from the windows files, please see e.g. jai-cv_m1-vs-pcv.cam.
There are some comments, like 'use value + 1'. There is a difference
between the windows files and our, because we write the values DIRECLY
into the registers, to keep the code easy. The commented out values are
not adjustable without making the board unuseable.
