what linux version

First, greetings!  I just subscribed to this list.  It seems to 
be low volume--is it still active?

I downloaded itifg-0.6.0b and tried to compile it under
RedHat 2.2.16-22smp, and of course got error messages telling
me there were incompatible (for example, the file_operations
structure's first element is now module* owner).  What version
of linux and/or itifg are compatible?  Is there are version
of the driver more recent?  

I'm trying to use this with a ICPCI card.  

Thank you all in advance.  The driver clearly shows a lot
of effort and skill.
