Damn'ed - this was a driver problem. I try to fix it.

No, this config file was wrong, I have tried to build one for you
(according to what I can find out at DALSA's web page). The first stage
now is to get at least ANY image. The fine adjustments (HOffset/VOffset)
can be done later. Please try to find out the polarity of your
pclk/len/fen signals from the manual and adjust PCLK|LEN|FEN_(No)Invert.
Are you sure, that your camera is running in contiguous mode - means no
external signals are needed to get an image?
