ICPCI/BX chip set/black lines

Dear Friends:

I am still having problems with black lines in the images.

With the first computer in which we had the ICPCI card, the
horizontal lines appeared mostly at the far left of the image.
We are now trying a second computer with a 440BX-82443BX 
chip set and the lines are now centered  about 1/4 of the way 
through the image.  

Both of these machines were borrowed.

Does anyone have a suggestion for a machine with which we
can use the ICPCI card and the itifg driver?  What would be
a good machine to purchase?  We actualy have a machine
with a 82801AA chip set which will be available for this
use sometime next week.  Is that machine likely to have the
same problem?
