AM-CMP driver for itifg-0.7.1 version

Hi Matthias,

After some time I've got some free time to integrate the AM-COMP driver
with version 0.7.1. There are still things to do but currently I can run the
test_itifg program with it (that is nearly the only testing I've done so far).
Possibly in a couple of days I'll have many more questions, but up to now
I've got these:

1. Any other docs than those written in german, distributed with version
0.7.1 seem to be outdated. Have you available an english translation of
the docs in german?.

2. Have you tested  -r option with test_itifg with other acquisition modules?.
As far as I understand, if ,e.g. -r5, is given to test_itifg I should get a 5
frames/sec refreshing rate. Actually, this program seems not to care about this
parameter.

3. What has happened with the UMB option, both when loading the module or
with the -o option in test_itifg?. This is one of the aspects that is clearly
outdated in the english docs.

4. Have you got any tests/programs other than the test programs in the distribution
that I should try to verify that the amcmp driver is performing correctly with the
rest of the itifg driver? Any suggestions on functionalities that should be
checked?.

I apologize for asking questions that probably could be answered diving into the
code but actually I don't have the time for doing that. Sure you understand!
